Yefred E. Myenzi

 

 

 

 

 


  • Holds a Master degree in Political Science and Public Administration with a focus on Human resources, human rights and Policy analysis from the University of Dar es salaam
  • Is the Current Executive Director of HAKIARDHI since 2007, was Programme officer from 2002 to 2007, before, he worked for the government on different capacities as Administration and establishment officer.
  • Has researched, consulted and broadly written on land rights, governance and development issues from a political economy perspective which gives primacy to such principles of good governance as equality, justice and fairness in pursuit of the development cause.
  • Has facilitated and participated in different discussions, forum, dialogues and conferences in Tanzania and internationally.

Grace Mpangala


 

 


  • Holds an equivalent of bachelor degree from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy and registered candidate for CPA in the 2010 batch.
  • Currently works as Finance and Administrative Officer since 2008 and prior to that she worked as a temporary assistant Auditor in National Audit offices and Temporary Assistant Accountant in Songea Municipal.
  • Has attended several courses on financial management through software including but not limited to tally 9.0 version and SAP business one packages

 

Marry Mrosso

 

 

 


  • Holds an equivalent of bachelor degree in Accountancy from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy
  • Joined the Institute in 2009 as Cashier but with proven track performance record she rose into Assistant Accountant recently. Prior, she worked as a temporary Cashier with Board of External Trade and temporary worked as a Customer Care Officer with Efatha Bank in Tanzania.

Beatha Fabian (Adv)

 

 

 

 


  • An Advocate of the High Court and other subordinate courts with exception of Primary Court
  • Holds LLB from the University of Dar es Salaam and Post Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training from Law School of Tanzania.
  • Joined the Institute in 2008, currently Senior Programme Officer for Public Engagement and Advocacy Unit
  • Experienced in legal aid services on land matter to indigents, legal opinions, providing legal counseling on land issues, drafting legal documents.
  • Has written and presented papers on women land rights in Tanzania.

Cathbert M. Tomitho

 

 

 

 


  • Holds a bachelor degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Dar es Salaam
  • Joined the Institute in 2008, currently working as  Senior Program Officer for Knowledge Generation and Dissemination Unit
  • Upcoming activist, researcher and facilitator on land rights, governance and related issues within the Country.
  • Has attended and presented papers on behalf of the Institute  in different local and national forums
  • Conducted a number of Fact Finding and Baseline Researches

 

 

Joseph Chiombola (Adv.)

  • An Advocate of the High Court and other subordinate courts wit  exception of Primary Court
  • Holds LLB from Tumaini University in Iringa and Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training from Law School of Tanzania
  • Joined the Institute November 2010
  • Currently Programme Officer for Public Engagement and Advocacy Unit but also Coordinator for Tanzania Land Alliance
  • He has provided a wide number of legal aid services on land matters to indigents
  • Has facilitated a number of land rights training

 

Nakamo Tenende
  • Holds LLB
  • Joined the Institute 2011
  • Currently Intern Officer for Public Engagement Unit
  • He has provided a wide number of legal aid services on land matters to indigents

 

Issa A.Kechana

 

 

 


  • Joined the Institute since 1996, currently working as Senior Driver and mechanic
  • Holds driving license class C and mechanics technician, and Trainer certificates
  • Attended different courses related to safe driving, defensive driving, and motor vehicles repairs and services
  • Participated in several land rights trainings organized by the Institute as well as other related organizations since 1996.

Joseph Lupa Mwakajinga

 


  • Currently working as driver for the Institute but joined  in 2005 as security Guard
  • Attended driving course and land rights related training organized by the Institute and other organizations
  • He has been involved in different activities organized by the Institute  including land rights and village governance training.
